This tactic has been tested for 2 seasons with 2 different teams. 
1. Barcelona: I managed to win every title. I suppose that is not something really difficult, when we are talking about barca. What brought me happiness was winning the title scoring 118 goals and allowing only 11.
2. Napoli: I didnt use the tactic from the beginning (cause i had the save file from previous game). By the time i started using the tactic i was 6 points behind Inter in the league table. Till the tactic became fluid in the match preparation screen, i was 10 points behind inter. Finally, i won serie A, lost italian cup from milan in penalty shootout. In champions league, i was drawn in the same group with manchester city, Bayern and Sahtar. I qualified and lost the first knock out game against lyon (0-1. 1-1), although i had much better stats in both games. It was difficult to be competitive in all three competitions, without having enough good players. The defense was not as solid as with barcelona (logically). It was still good though, for first season, with new defenders etc.

This tactic will give you possesion and nice football, with good defense.
Tips:
1. Match preparation: very high during pre season, without focusing in any area, until assistant manager tells you to reduce. Then, low - attacking movement.
2. opposition instructions: leave it to assistant manager. Do not forget to use opposition instructions, when a substitution is made.
3.touchline isntructions: I only use play narrower (and found it necessary only with napoli), when facing teams with 2 strikers and no amr, mr, aml ml.

Hello everyone, I know you are probably thinking what the hell, another tactic from Raikan, well I like to share my work to inspire people to make their own tactics and also assist people who prefer not to...

All of my tactics can be used as templates for your own work as well so please feel free to use them as you will 

This tactic I have been using for my Tottenham save for two years now (first season I rotated with the Amc and the Libero tactic in my other thread with a version of this one, however it has changed since then) and I have won everything there was available to win in both seasons.

1. Champions League 2012/2013 Season
2. FA Cup 2011 & 2012 (1st and 2nd season)
3. Carling Cup 2011 & 2012 (1st and 2nd season)
4. Community Shield 2012 (2nd season)
5. Europa League 2011 (1st season)
6. Uefa Super Cup 2012 (1st season)
7. Barclay's English Premier League 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 (1st and 2nd season)

I have not tested it with any other team as I am wanting to have a proper game of Fm12 for once this year and had not intended to create new tactics, however I felt as though I should share this one with you as it really does work very well for me and hopefully for you

Goalkeeper: Use the best goalkeeper available. Just think about having a keeper with good reflexes, one on ones, handling and positioning. 

Centrebacks:
Here it is important to have fast defenders. They don't need to have super pace, but should have at least 12 on accleration and pace. It's also important to have good tackling.

Fullbacks:
Here is it important to have good offensive fullbacks. Pace, accleration and crossing are important. He should also have defensive attributes as tackling and positioning.

Centre Midfielders: 
One of the most important position in this tactic. It makes a big difference using good players here.
Makes sure that the players are both good in defensive and attack. I have used Song and Arteta. Arteta are not the best defensive, but he is ok. Song is not the best offensive, but he is ok. Tackling and passing is important. This players will be in front of the centrebacks in defence and make most of the play offensive. They will have a lot of the ball and just pass it around.

Wingers:
This players will score and assist goal. Make sure they have pace and finishing, creativity and passing is great too. I have used Gervinho on the left and Walcott on the right. Gervinho have 10 goals and 10 assist (8,28) and Walcott 2 goals and 5 assist (7,58). I don't know if this is the quality of the players or if it is better with right footed players on the left and left footed on the right. You will have to make that decision yourself. But every player I have used there has played over (7,50), and is very important, so make sure to use one of your best players here in this position.

Attacking Midfielder Centre:
The main creator in this tactic. He will play good passes all around the pitch, he will get many assist and score some goals too. Important player in the attack. He needs passing, creativity, technique and first touch.

The Striker:
Will score many goals if he has quality. I've been using van Persie here and he has 13 goal on 10 matches and a rating of 8,07. Chamakh and Park have also played good here. The striker need finshing and composure. Pace is great, but van Persie have only 14 in pace, so you don't need to have a superspeeder. Off the ball is also really important.


Stuffs to know:

Match Preperation: Defensive Position on high all season.

Team talks: You choose what to use. I think you all have a clue on how to use team talks in this game. 

Pitch size: Maximum, You must use the biggest size you can play with.

OI: I don't use it.
